BITONE Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a design studio providing brand, web, and related creative services.

By accessing bitone.pt (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept the changes.
All services are governed by a separate Proposal / SOW / Master Services Agreement (the “Project Contract”). If these Terms conflict with a Project Contract, the Project Contract controls.
- Site IP. All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, layouts) is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Project IP. Ownership and license terms for client work are defined in the Project Contract and transfer only upon full payment.
You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Site; (b) introduce malware; (c) use our content without permission; (d) infringe any law or third-party rights.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access, or that content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our total liability related to the Site shall not exceed €100. (Project-related liability is governed by the Project Contract.)
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and applicable EU law. Courts of Lisbon, Portugal shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
